What to expect
This tour gives you insight into the typical flavors of Dalmatia with emphasis on extra virgin olive oil production in Dalmatia. You will be welcomed by an English speaking expert guide who will share a welcome drink with you and walk you around the estate, incuduing the olive grove and the aroma park with over 50 aromatic herbs. You will see first-hand how the traditional Dalmatian bread is made (groups of 15 and more only), learn more about olive-making tradition in this area and visit the factory facility where authentic local sweets are produced. At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a tasting session of several quality extra virgin olive oils served with cheese platter, cherry tomatoes, marinated olives and green olive tapenade and some home-made marmalades and jams as well as typical Dalmatian fig and almond desserts.
