Rental Management

We offer Standard and Advanced Rental Management Packages. Among other, they include the following services:

Key Holding Service

All Dalmatia Holidays offers a safe key holding service all year round for the home owners in Kastela and Trogir area. Our Key Holding package is ideal for clients who do not require full property management services, but need a reliable local contact. Based in Kastel Stari, we are ideally located and currently manage properties in the local area. We will hold the keys of your property in a safe place and upon request make them available to visiting guests, friends or suppliers.

We will not leave the keys with anyone else without your authorization or let anyone in your property. No job is ever too small for us and we are on call 24/7 365 days a year.

The Key Holding service includes:

• Making set of 2 copies of the property keys
• Management of your property key with unlimited free pick-up from 8 AM to 8 PM (or outside these hours, upon agreement)
• 24/7 accessible by phone service

Standard Cleaning

After months of bad weather and your property sitting unused through the winter, it’s really important to thoroughly clean and refresh your holiday home before it welcomes the next guests. Our Spring Cleaning service is more detailed than the ordinary cleaning as it includes deep cleaning and disinfecting your property at the beginning of the new rental season.

Owner’s Welcome Pack

If you are arriving late at night to your holiday home when no shops around are open, Owner’s Welcome Pack service would be well worth considering to see you through the first night. Prices

All Dalmatia Holidays offers different pricing options depending on the size and type of the property or service package tailored to suit the client’s specific needs or wishes. All of these services can be provided separately or in a package, following property inspection. Our fee structure is based on an agreed monthly or annual charge combined with a percentage of monthly or annual rental income if booked through us.
