This stylish and recently restored apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house dating back to 1909. The family has been providing tourist accommodation for almost 100 years, since the early 1920s. The apartment offers all comforts of a home in a quiet and romantic part of Kastel Stafilic, with both Trogir and Split being easy reachable by car. So if you want a perfect location close to the beach, offering peace and quiet, yet not too far from all the must-see attractions that this area offers – this is the choice! With 60 square meters and a separate entrance, it provides spacious holiday accommodation for families or group of friends. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen, dining room with separate double-bed sleeping area and additional bed and bathroom. Is sleeps comfortably 4 people, with possibility of using one extra bed or baby cot. The apartment has been completely redecorated in 2006 to a high standard. It is a charming mix of modern, vintage and rustic style, with some vintage Dalmatian furniture pieces. It faces the beautiful back garden with patio and terrace and features free parking and Wi-Fi access.

Kitchen area – The kitchenette has been designed to offer all facilities and storage you may need. It features a good work surface, ideal for those who love cooking and creating some tasty meals, with original vintage stone sink integrated. A refrigerator, microwave, oven and kettle have also been supplied, along with many tasteful details.
Dining Area – Dining area features a good-size table to seat 4 people – just perfect for a family get together. It comprises a separate sleeping area with wooden floors and a double bed. It’s decorated in neutrals with retro touch and added accents of bright red. The walls are decorated with large-size reproductions of old photos illustrating early years of tourism in Kastela and some private family memories. Comfortable sofa provides for a relaxing time watching TV or browsing online and converts to a spare bed if necessary.
Bedroom – Double bedroom overlooking the garden features some beautiful pieces of antique furniture, such as large wooden bed dating back to the second half of the 19th century and wardrobes providing plenty of storage for your belongings.
Bathroom – Decorated in red and white color scheme, the bathroom features a shower, wash basin with mirror above and a shelve for your beauty care products. It comes with free toiletries.
Outdoor and nearby – Located at the back of the house, the amazing outdoor area is perfect to use in the mornings for breakfast and coffee, or in the hot summer evenings sipping a glass of wine. There is a carefully maintained garden with some typical Dalmatian as well as some exotic and rare plants, that provide just enough shade to be able to enjoy the time outside. The garden features patio furniture, barbecue, table tennis, kids handmade bouldering wall and many beautiful details from the family’s past. The beach is only 250 m away so you can enjoy your days swimming and sunbathing or take a walk in the evening along the coastline towards the hotel complex just west of the house.
