Outside the house boasts a beautiful, large garden area with sunbeds and plenty of natural shade from centuries-old trees, just perfect for relaxing afternoons when you're too lazy even to go to the beach. The guests have at their disposal private parking, outdoor shower as well as outdoor kitchen with table and chairs, ideal for dining outside on those hot summer evenings.
The apartment covers the entire mezzanine floor of the house with around 150 m2 of living space overlooking the garden and the sea. The accommodation is provided in a separated apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the apartment on the same level there are additional 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 triple. The apartment has 3 bathrooms for maximum comfort. It can fit 10 guests, but it is best suited for up to 8 adults plus 2 children. You will be warmly greeted by the owner who has decades of experience in tourism as this is one of the houses with the longest tradition of tourist lodging in Kastela. He is also a good connoisseur of this area, local history and habits, so you will have a good starting point to the exploring of the area.
