The apartment is set on the first floor of a family house sitting on a nice 3000 m2 private plot with a lovely pool area with well-sized 10 x 5 m swimming pool, green garden full of organic vegetables and fruits and the nearest neighbors at over 200 m distance. The apartment boasts 102 m2 of living space spread over two floors, the upper one being reserved exclusively for a beautiful, comfortable 30 m2 terrace with unbeatable almost 360-degree panoramic views. The terrace is completely furnished and equipped with outdoor table anc chairs and barbecue. You will simply adore dining alfresco with your family under the stars with bay lights twinkling in the distance. The apartment has a very large open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6. The bedrooms are two, both with double beds (one of them can be split) and having your maximum comfort in mind the owners have installed two family bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a hydro-massage bathtub. The garden area boasts a brand new large swimming pool for your exclusive use, where you will spend unforgettable days relaxing in the sun. Guests can also use an outdoor shower, small fitness room, laundry room and park their cars at a large parking lot. The owners speak French and English. Pets allowed free of charge.
