The house is set on 750 m2 private plot with enclosed garden and free parking place. The living area spreads over two floors connected by internal wooden staircase, made by the owner himself. On the ground floor you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining area extending over to the comfortable garden terrace equipped with wooden furniture, a couple of sunbeds and a swing. On the first floor there is another furnished terrace offering spectacular panoramic sea views. This will probably be your favorite place to start the day, enjoying the sunrise and inviting Adriatic views which will make you want to jump into the sea even before your first morning coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, while one extra person can sleep on a pull-out sofa. The garden has a nice built-in barbecue and is entirely surrounded by a stone wall which makes the property completely safe for small children as well as your four-legged friends in case you’re bringing them.
