On the first and second floor there is a larger, duplex apartment with open plan living room / kitchen with sofa bed downstairs and a double bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. Although not exactly seafront, the house still offers some nice views over the old tile rooftops and church bell tower nearby. Outside there is a nice furnished terrace with colourful cushions set in a nice, multicultural and friendly neighborhood.
