It consists of 3 separate fully equipped apartments with over 150 m2 of living space spread over 3 floors. The rooftop 80 m2 lounge area with jacuzzi, sunbeds and outdoor sofa is a great place to relax and unwind. Without a doubt this will be your favorite place in the house, perfect for sunbathing during the day watching the yachts or dining alfresco with family and friends as you watch the sun go down from the amazing panoramic terrace. In case of bad weather there is another lovely lounge area indoors – an elegantly furnished room with a long wooden table and chairs for 12. Thanks to these comfortable shared areas, the house is suitable for a variety of purposes, such as a business conference or a romantic sunset wedding ceremony on this magnificent terrace offering unforgettable coastal views.

The house comprises 3 self-catering holiday apartments with 6 double bedrooms altogether which can sleep up to 12 adult guests. On the ground floor there is a newly decorated deluxe suite with 1 double bed and a fold-out sofa bed (suitable for a kid), a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second floor there is a 2-bedroom apartment, also with a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The whole house is simply but tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, including 5 air-conditioning units, kitchen appliances, unlimited Wi-Fi and free parking. Numerous restaurants, taverns, cafes and a bakery are all within easy reach, as well as regular taxi boats which depart from the small port in front of the house and take you directly to the famous Trogir promenade. The owners live in a separate studio apartment and are ready to be at hand should you need anything during your stay but in case you prefer complete privacy during your stay this can be arranged upon request. Also, it’s possible to organize for you to have a fresh breakfast every morning during your holiday, or a tasty lunch or dinner prepared with fresh local ingredients.
