This spacious 4-bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of a traditional Dalmatian house which has been completely renovated and decorated in a traditional, rustic style. The house is located in the center of Kastel Stafilic, about 5 minutes walking to the nearest beach. The apartment consists of two floors connected by an interior staircase. It is exceptionally comfortable with 115 m2 of living space and 10 beds, therefore ideal for a large family or friends group. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area and living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower unit and a separate toilet. The upper floor features two more bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath tub. On the front entrance there is a small balcony, while most of the windows are overlooking the old terracotta-tiled rooftops. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay: satellite TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, microwave, WiFi etc. It is very clean and each guest is welcomed with fresh bed linen and towels. Within a short walk from the house there are grocery shop, vegetable and fruit shop, several cafes and local taverns. Waking along the promenade you can easily visit other towns on the Riviera Kastela. Kastela are characterized by beautiful promenade, nice beaches, authentic architecture and beautiful untouched nature of the mountain Kozjak. Thanks to their excellent position between UNESCO-listed cities Trogir and Split, this is a relaxing yet very conveniently located holiday destination.
